Job description
- Perform all contents related to the recruitment of personnel throughout the Company
- Monitor the probationary results, organize a probationary, official labor contract for the employee
- Draft documents related to Human Resource Department, review and update processes, policies and system of HR form of the Company
- Make Decisions related to recruitment, appointment, mobilization, transfer, leaving, pay raise … etc
- Plan to organize professional training programs for Employees
- Implement, synthesize and monitor programs and regulations related to commendation, discipline and evaluation of employees
- Perform transactions, register with state agencies related to employment, modifying business registration of the Company and its branches
- Combine and cover the works related to human resource
- Manage and supervisor the implementation of social insurance and health insurance procedures for employees
- Report works to the manager, perform other tasks as requested by the CEO (if any)
- Participate in consulting and advise the Company Leaders on regulations related to Human resource management

Skills & Experience Requirements
- University or higher degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law or other related subjects.
- Basic English (sufficient for work)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management (preferably candidates with strong recruiting and training strengths)
- Have professional knowledge about human resource management and legal documents on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labor law, and enterprise law
- Ability to communicate, draft documents
- Careful, honest, enthusiastic, responsible
