Job description

• Search, evaluate, care for, maintain relationships with suppliers
• Making orders, setting up negotiating plans, directly negotiating with suppliers
• Make a purchase record
• Draft purchase contract, propose signing a purchase contract
• Monitor the status of contract performance, suggest payments to suppliers
• Handling complaints and commercial disputes
• Job details will be discussed further during the interview

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Graduated from the University of Foreign Trade, Economics, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Commerce, International Law, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics…
• Priority to candidates who have experience in purchasing, importing and exporting
• Capable of analyzing and evaluating, trading results, and predicting risk prevention options
• Ability to organize and plan work
• Foreign language proficiency: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) (preferably more foreign languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
